Kava Bar Category: Kava Bars
The myths and legend of our ancestral native elders may help us understand the core questions of our reality.
Who are we?
Where do we come from?
Where are we going?
Their gifts are these stories…but will we have the presence to receive them?
Some stories carry with them plants for health and happiness….
Kava, Cacao, and Mushrooms are all sacred in the regions they’ve originated.
Why were some plants considered so holy?
This question we can answer now through our scientific research….Kava does the work of a therapist and a masseuse combined.
Studies show kava reduces mental stress, anxiety, and relieves depression.
Indigenous islanders use kava to treat arthritis pain and to reduce overall chronic pain; to treat dysmenorrhea (menstrual discomfort); to relieve tension and pain in muscles; and even to treat asthma and urinary tract infections.
Cacao, or raw chocolate contains an abundant amount of magnesium and other phytochemicals which can balance blood pressure, lower high cholesterol, scrub away arterial plaque and promote general health by reversing heart disease. (Raw) chocolate bars are known as a great remedy for many menstruation issues women can get. It is also confirmed as an aphrodisiac for both genders.
Who are we and why have we fallen in love with these plants?
We are Earth travelers, just visiting, and making peace with our short existence in these bodies.
Okay okay…we are human…customers and tea-tenders serving your up some unique and interesting drinks, conversations, and experiences. And we are like you as much as you are like us.
We have bad days, good days, exciting moments, and defeating ones too.
We are regular people who co-create the Nalu kava bar….
You never know who will be sitting in the seat next to you when you sit down or the kind of converstations mixing around. Nonetheless this space will cradle you.
